My Personal Thoughts

I have been wanting to write a post about this for some time, and I just ran across some more information in the whole "Obama's Ruining Our World!" campaign. I'm just going to make a quick note of most people's complaints and some response I have. The real post will follow eventually.

1) Obama won't allow any drilling in the gulf of Mexico. He hates middle-class America and is killing their jobs. (Note that Monday 2/28/11 Obama approved new drilling in the Gulf of Mexico for Noble Energy, Inc.)

2) Obama is ruining our economy.

- Look at inflation, it's through the roof! (Note the deflation of the dollar from 12/09 to 6/09 and then again from 11/10 to 1/11) Also note that the Euro peaked at $1.494 on the dollar during Bush's presidency and ran up to 1.60 on the dollar during the 4 months proceeding. Reference: EUR/USD and UUP

- His Obama-care garbage is putting poor families out of home because they have to pay for insurance! Or wait, not if they qualify for state and federal social welfare programs. And it's not like he developed an affordable national health care program.

- Our economy is not improving! We're all going to die! Except all three major market indices are approaching administration highs. In fact, the Nasdaq is approaching is historical high. Excluding the technology boom under the Clinton administration. We're talking the highest average about a decade. Reference Dow, S&P 500 and NASDAQ

- Nobody has any jobs! We're all losing our homes and living under bridges! Refer to unemployment rates.

3) Obama is a socialist, communist, mulsim, terrorist, hypocrite, criminal, etc, etc. If you have an IQ above 14, do a google search of "why Obama sucks" and then bludgeon yourself 9 times in the head with a ball-peen hammer and you'll still be able to figure out why all of the "reasons" listed are worthless to even debate.
