30-Day Hors D'oeuvre Challenge

I've decided that the next 30-Day Challenge will be hors d'oeuvres. I'm now working on the list because I don't want to fly too blindly into this one. Otherwise I'd likely end up doing 25 of 30 days as just variations of the same thing. I want to make sure that I have some good variety in there.

10 or so more to go then I can get this underway. I'm thinking maybe for August, but I may have to push it closer to September.
