I ran across BodyRock.TV a while back in sort of a round about way. I like their site for a lot of reasons. It almost is everything that I had thought of making of my own sports and fitness blog when I first conceived of it. However, this whole mess of blogs remains my place to work on writing and is a scatter of all of the things in which I'm interested. Anyhow, I wanted a place to post my workouts for this week in the order in which I plan them so that I could have a reference. Placing it here on my blog just makes sense for me and has the added bonus of being viewable for anyone else who manages to stumble across this page.
